Experience Designer

Islamabad, Pakistan

About the role

Face44 is looking for a designer who refuses to be put in one box - equally at home with a website, a SaaS interface, an app, a brand, or a technical visualisation, across any industry or style.

The thread through all of it is clarity: taking complex problems and tangled flows and turning them into designs so simple a child could follow them. If you can make hard things feel obvious, this role is for you.

It's also a place to do work that gets noticed - award-winning experiences and recognition that's hard to find anywhere in Pakistan, working alongside the Creative Director, an Awwwards jury member.

What you'll do

  • Design across the full range: websites, digital products (SaaS, apps), brands, technical visualisations, and custom assets and experiences.

  • Think beyond the obvious. Design intuitive web and product experiences of a calibre that's genuinely hard to find online - the kind that lands on Awwwards and CSSDA, sites you should already be studying for inspiration every day.

  • Take complex flows and business logic and translate them into clear, clarity-first designs anyone can understand at a glance.

  • Work directly with international clients. Not just taking briefs and delivering tasks, but owning your work and being able to explain the reasoning behind every decision you make.

  • Create an original, detailed design that tells a story and explains itself.

  • Design within brand systems (and help shape them) for different audiences.

  • Use AI to move faster without dropping quality. We expect you to fold it into your workflow where it helps, while keeping the craft and judgement human.

  • Stay sharp on where design, technology, and craft are heading.

  • Estimate timelines, QA your own and the team's work, and run multiple projects at once.

What we're looking for

  • Strong UX and UI across the web and product

  • Real range (web design, brand, iconography, typography, visualisation)

  • The judgment to tell good design from great (we don't discuss bad)

  • Ownership. You can respectfully defend a decision, not just execute a request

  • A collaborative spirit. You take feedback without ego, give it with care, and know that great work rarely comes from a single point of view

  • Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken

  • Comfortable with variety. You can move between several projects without losing the thread, and quality never takes a back seat.

Nice to have

  • Advanced AI tool usage (generation, ideation, asset creation, and building real workflows around them, not just basic prompting)

  • Exposure to advanced tools beyond design - automation, AI, and whatever sharpens how a modern professional works

  • Low / no-code development knowledge

  • Motion and interaction design for web and interfaces

What's in it for you:

  • A competitive compensation package with progress-based bonuses

  • Training and development support to bring the best out of you

  • The opportunity to work on globally recognized projects with clients to match, with quality benchmarked against the best design firms in the world

  • A fun, international studio environment, with daily fresh lunch team outings, and dinners
