We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer who can balance hands-on coding with technical leadership. You’ll guide a team of front-end and back-end engineers, set architectural direction, improve internal processes, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance websites and applications.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Growth
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring technical quality, timely execution, and alignment.
- Conduct code reviews, share best practices, and drive technical excellence.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and professional development opportunities.

- Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on coding (approx. 40% coding / 60% leadership).

Technical Ownership
- Define and implement application architecture with focus on scalability, performance, and security.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automated deployments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, introducing tools and methods that improve efficiency.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reliable estimates.
- Partner with stakeholders, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Identify risks and propose solutions early in the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate directly with clients, taking ownership of projects/products, and driving internal development processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
