Multidisciplinary Designer

Face44 is looking for a Multidisciplinary Designer, who understands the pulse of modern and timeless design solutions with a perfect blend of visual balance, aesthetics and usability for websites, digital products, brands and more...

We are a team of world-class, award-winning and internationally recognised designers and top-notch in-house engineers. As we are growing, we are now looking to expand by adding “top talent” to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Producing captivating design solutions for websites and digital products that are innovative, usable and practical.
• Showcase storytelling/self-explanatory ideas through the design creation of original artwork with attention to detail.
• Ability to design clear, modern, and meaningful brand images.
• Design visual content per the already defined brand guidelines to reinforce the status appropriate for various audiences. 
• Maintain awareness of current industry/technology standards and design trends.
• Ability to comprehend and communicate feedback clearly
• Brainstorming sessions with the team 
• Providing estimated timelines based on requirements
  
• Quality Assurance of design work (self or team)
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Interface Design (UX & UI)
• Innovation in Web Design
• Prototyping
• Iconography
• Typography Assessment and Production Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English). A Team Player
• Organisation and Time Management
• Smart presentation skills
• Knows the difference between Good and Great designs (we don’t even talk about “Bad” designs)
• Low/no Code Development would be a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D and Motion Design integration into websites would be a plus.
